Showing the appointment

Hi

Its nice project, I was going through the code,  I was trying to save an appointment so that the user can see the appointments for that  day.

It would be helpful if you can provide some sample code how to save the appointment for the outlook calendar control.

Hi abjalm,

if you download the latest version, this issue should be fixed.

Hi slobodnic,

Is it possible to open the existing appointment, lets say i have appointment from 11:00 A.M to 11:15 A.M , and that is shown on day view, Now I want to edit that appointment.  I try to look out this functionality in the outlook calendar control, I hope  it is not avilable. If I want to add this functionality what code changes do I need to do?

Best Regards

Abjal.

I'm working right now on this functionality. The code is ready but I still need to do some testing. It should be available within a few days. Keep and eye on the source code.

I hate to do this at this point in the game; however, I have
re-written all of the outlook calendar and the classic calendar. I
created more of a MVVM style architechture for it and I think the code
is a little more easy to manage. I removed all of the dependency
objects and used the power of the data context instead. The only
problem that i have found is when the week view loads it has a little
bit of a lag to it, but everything else is a lot more stable. I have
also added the ability to update an appointment in real time (i.e.
resizing saves and moving an appointment will save as well). The only
thing i have left to do is adding a way to pass in appointments like
the default calendar that comes with silverlight instead of using the
xml file. I have picked up the changes that you have made and posted
and upated my code with those. I dont know if i should wait until you
post these new changes and then make a big post, or should i post all
of my changes now and then let a new "testing" phaze go through?
